Not only do they carry top quality and unique products, at a great value, they make you feel like family the moment you walk through their door. Anytime my family needs a new clothing item for comfort or sophistication, Finan McDonald is our first and only stop. In addition, Finan McDonald and their staff are amazing supporters of our Sandpoint community, especially our youth. They are the top of the line in every way, shape and form.
I have shopped at Finan McDonald for a number of years. They have a good select of clothes for both men and women. Excellent customer service. The sales ladies are particularly nice and very helpful. For me some of my favorites are: 1) their selection of summer t-shirts and golf like short sleeved shirts and, 2) their fall/winter selection of warm soft long sleeve flannel shirts. I really like the quality of thier clothing as well as the variety of items to choose from each time I go into the store.
I absolutely love this store!!! They carry the best brands and have an excellent shoe department. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the brands they carry and always go above and beyond. We are very lucky to have this store in our small town.

Such a gem to have this store! I love this store. The clothing is all from top quality companies and the way the clothing is displayed makes it so easy to match and build outfits. The staff is always so helpful- especially Jess. I so look forward to seeing her in the store. The owners are also active in the community and donate generously. Just a great locally owned business.
My husband and I had such a great experience here last week. The staff divided and conquered helping my husband in one department and me in another. So much solid advise, positivity and time spent. Unfortunately my husband's size was out of stock. I wasn't comfortable buying the expensive pair of boots I found because I often need to return (sensitive feet) and I don't live in Idaho! We will most certainly visit next time we are in the area. What an awesome store! We very much appreciated your expertise and patience :)
I love the diversity of clothing options at Finan. I’m a local and have shopped there for many years. They have excellent customer service that even reminds me of being at Nordstrom years ago. They also have incredible sales which I look forward too. Many of the staff have been there for years. They are willing to go above and beyond to ensure an excellent shopping experience. Awesome stuff and service. I went in there and regretted not buying a particular hat after leaving town - called and asked if they ship orders. Dude was quick and helpful and I had it in my mailbox 2 days later for cheaper than any online retailer’s base price. He even honored a sale they were having that day that I was totally unaware of. First class local shop here and I will be a repeat customer!
